oxyy operates on a credit-based, pay-as-you-go pricing model. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for purchases made on the oxyy platform.
2. Credit Purchases
When you purchase credits on oxyy, they are added to your account balance and can be used to make API calls to any of our 200+ supported AI models. Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 Eligible for Refund
- Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error on our part
- Service outage: If our platform experienced extended downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours) and you were unable to use credits during that period
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same credit purchase
- Unused credits within 7 days: If you purchased credits and have not used any of them, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase
3.2 Not Eligible for Refund
- Used credits: Credits that have already been consumed through API calls cannot be refunded
- Partially used purchases: If you have used some credits from a purchase, only the unused portion may be eligible (at our discretion)
- Dissatisfaction with AI model output: We do not control the quality of responses from third-party AI models. Refunds cannot be issued for unsatisfactory AI-generated content
- Account termination due to policy violation: If your account was suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service, remaining credits are forfeited
- Requests made after 30 days: Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the purchase date will not be processed
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team:

- Include your account email, transaction ID, purchase date, and reason for the refund request
We will review your request within 3-5 business days and notify you of the outcome via email.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment provider.
6. Free Credits
Free test credits provided upon sign-up are not eligible for refund or cash redemption. They are intended for testing purposes only.
7. Enterprise Plans
Enterprise customers with custom billing agreements should refer to their individual contracts for refund terms. Contact your account manager for assistance.
